Refund Policy

You can return an item by bringing it back to the store or by mail. We are happy to offer a refund, exchange, or a store credit note for any item within a 28-day period from the date of purchase, provided that the item is in a sellable condition with all original tags and accompanied by the original receipt. An exchange will be offered for items returned with a gift receipt.

All refunds will be issued according to your original payment method. If you do not have the correct debit/credit card that was used for the purchase, an exchange may be offered instead.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any briefs (including sets and shapewear), nor on any gift cards, including digital or third-party gift cards. Refunds, credit notes, or exchanges on swimwear are only offered if the hygiene seal is still intact; otherwise, they are not allowed.

If you are mailing an item back to the store, please note that we do not cover the cost of postage. We also recommend that you retain your proof of postage in case of a later dispute about the return of goods. Proof of postage should be sufficient evidence to prove that you have returned the goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
