Reflecting on a wonderful International Women’s Day event hosted by the Local Enterprise Office Wexford where the theme was #GiveToGain.
Each table had cards with a value for reflection, and the one I was drawn to was Teamwork, which felt particularly aligned with the theme. It was a great reminder that progress and success are rarely achieved alone — by supporting and encouraging one another, we all gain.
This is something I value deeply in business. Linnoco Lingerie would not be what it is without the incredible ladies who are part of our team and community. Their dedication, collaboration, and belief in the brand allow us to continue to grow and move forward every day.
A great reminder that when we support others, we all gain.
